  7 a.m. Set- up
  
  8:30 a.m. Registration
  
  9:30 a.m. $10 grab bags on sale filled with posters, CDs and promotional material
  
  10:30 a.m. Emcee Jay Teeter begins the bidding
  
  11:30 a.m.- noon. Appearance by Jimmy Wayne
  
  12:30 p.m.-1 p.m. Appearance by Chely Wright
  
  1 p.m.-1:30p.m. Appearance by Trent Willmon
  
  1:30 p.m.- 2:30 p.m. Appearance by Martina McBride
